Frozen Pineapple Margarita

I don't think this needs much introduction, this is a different twist on a margarita sweetened up a bit with some pineapple juice. If you like your margarita on the rocks instead of frozen, you can swap the frozen pineapple juice with the same amount non-frozen pineapple juice, omit the ice and blend. Then pour it over ice in your glass.
Enjoy a single batch for you and a few people or double the recipe for a larger crowd!

You will need frozen pineapple juice, triple sec and of course tequila.

Add the frozen pineapple juice to the blender.

Pour 1 cup of tequila. (This is just a guideline you can start with less or add more if you're naughty)

Add 1/2 c of triple sec.

Add them to the blender (Also squeeze the juice of one lime).

Get 2 cups of ice.

Add to the blender then blend.

Ta-da! All done!

Now its time to prep the glasses. Pour some salt onto a plate.

To be fancy, I added some yellow sugar spinkles this is obviously optional.

Wet the rim of your glass with lime juice or even water then dip it rim side down into the salt.
By the way, you don't have to have use a margarita glass any glass will do.

Now cut some lime slices for garnish. (and pineapple wedges too, I didn't take a picture of the pineapple sorry)

Pour the margarita into the glasses garnish and serve! These are so good, refreshing and fun. Give it a try!

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
